How many kilometres can I ride on a single charge?
Between 60 and 180 km, depending on the battery selected, the terrain, and the level of electric assist used.
Can I ride normally without using the electric assist?
Yes. When the motor is not activated, there is no pedalling resistance.

Can I install the conversion kit myself?
Yes, our bike electrification kits are designed for easy installation, with a step-by-step installation video to guide you. If you’re comfortable using tools, you can absolutely install it at home. Otherwise, we offer professional installation in-store.

Why electrify my bike instead of buying a new one?
The main advantage is weight. A standard electric bike typically weighs around 50 lbs. Our hub motor kit weighs just 10 lbs (including the battery), and the mid-drive motor adds 24 lbs to your bike.
Electrifying your bike is generally more affordable than buying a new e-bike. It allows you to keep the bike you already love while reducing your environmental impact.
Can I remove the motor later if I change my mind or my bike?
Yes. Our kits are designed to be installed without permanent modifications to your bike. You can transfer them to another bike or return to a standard setup at any time.
Which electric assist motor is best for me?
It depends on your needs. Two options are available:
- Hub motor: ideal for a road bike, hybrid bike, or city bike
- Mid-drive motor: ideal for mountain bikes, cargo bikes, or urban bikes
Your choice depends on the type of terrain, the level of power you’re looking for, and your riding style.
Are electric bike conversion kits covered by a warranty?
Yes. All components included in our electric bike conversion kits are covered by a 2-year warranty.
If you choose in-store installation, the workmanship is also guaranteed by our professional team.
How long does it take to electrify my bike with a conversion kit?
Electric motor installation on your bike typically takes 2 to 5 days after we receive it. If you're in a hurry, you can book a same-day conversion appointment, depending on workshop availability.
